Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas. Enterprise transports natural gas, NGLs, crude oil and petrochemical products through more than 35,000 miles of pipelines.

Project:

• 50,000 barrel per day (BPD) expansion project for the Rocky Mountain portion of Enterprise’s Mid-America Pipeline (MAPL) system.
• Involved the addition of 12 pipeline segments totaling approximately 202 miles, six in Wyoming and six in New Mexico that “loop” or run next to existing lines.
• Installation of associated above-ground facilities including valves, pig launchers/receivers, markers, fencing and signs.

Results:

• Increased the capacity of the system over 20%.
• Increased capacity from 225,000 BPD to 275,000 BPD.
• This will allow Enterprise to meet the foreseeable demand for natural gas liquids.
